Our Financial Policy

Patient Billing

All payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We work hard to provide the finest dental care at a reasonable cost to our patients. While we will gladly work with your insurance company to maximize your insurance benefits, you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of coverage. 

Each patient is sent a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond to this statement in four to six weeks. If your insurance payment has not been processed in that timeframe, please call our office. We appreciate your prompt remittance. Monthly payment plans are available, but all arrangements must be made before the procedure.

Insurance Information

Our goal is to provide you with the finest dental care at the most reasonable cost. To do this, we work hand-in-hand with you so that you can get the most from your dental insurance policy. Therefore, we ask that you bring your insurance information with you to your first consultation so we can expedite reimbursement. We will file the insurance but we are out of network so you will need to cover any extra costs.

If you have problems, questions, or concerns about payment, please ask our friendly staff. They are very well informed and up to date when it comes to billing and insurance. We are sure we can work together with you so that you can access the care you need and take full advantage of the coverage you have paid for.
